Hi guys,
I really need some help. I don't know anything about php but thought I could edit the header of my wordpress site and I copied the header.php file and pasted it (and saved it as a .txt file so if my changes didn't work, I could restore the original header file. Below is what I saved in the header.txt file.
I changed the header code and it messed up the site, so I changed it back to the original header file but it doesn't work now.
Now i have a blank white page that says, "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/befit4fr/public_html/hcg/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-themes/bp-default/header.php on line 68"
I'm not sure why it would be messed up now if I restored the file back to EXACTLY what I copied?

What is was trying to do originally is replace the buddypress search members/ groups option with a my google custom search.
I'd be happy to just get the site back working ASAP. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Also, I'd be willing to pay someone to make a child theme with the google custom search if you have time.
