[RESOLVED] RETRIEVING RADIO BUTTION DATAB - MYSQL

Hi, at the moment i can select yes or no from my radio button options, it will then update the database with the selected radio buttons value however i am wondering if anyone knows how to then retrieve this value so that when the page is reloaded the currently selected radio button is still selected (if the yes radio button was selected when the user reloads the page the yes radio button will be selected unless changed to no and vice versa).

I appreciate any help and would like to thank you in advance. 🙂

Use the result to determine where the appropriate place in the HTML would be to echo out the 'checked="checked"' attribute, e.g.:

<input type="radio" name="foo" value="value1" <?php echo ($data['foo'] == 'value1' ? 'checked="checked"' : ''); ?>>
<input type="radio" name="foo" value="value2" <?php echo ($data['foo'] == 'value2' ? 'checked="checked"' : ''); ?>>
<!-- etc. -->
