Drop Menu Problems

Dear Users,

I'm building a website, and I'm trying to make it so that i can have includes, (like for a nav bar) so when i need to edit the nav bar, all pages are affected with the changes.

Now, I've got it so the main buttons appear, however, the drop down menus don't work!
