Storing Checkbox from HTML form in mysql table using PHP

Hello,

I would like a php code that will store answers from a checkbox html form into a mysql table.

I prefer if you have already tested the code out to make sure it works, as I have spent a significant amount of time on phpbuilder receiving responses that the person helping me isn't sure that the code they are passing on works.

I know there is an answer for this, and I would hope someone is kind enough to help me.

To make things easier, here are the things I need stored into the mysql database that are checkbox form on the html form.

Same way you'd retrieve any other POST'ed data from a form...

$foo = isset($_POST['foo']) ? $_POST['foo'] : NULL;

and then in your SQL query you'd have to detect the NULL value and handle it accordingly, e.g.:
