How to know this query executed x time ?

I'm trying to get the best way to know how many times that this query has been executed ?

I done it be creating a new field and increase it every time the query executed.

Because I want to get this idea a live, That after this query executed 5 times it's display an error message and then it's start from the beginning again.

If you want to create an error if the query has rubn 5 times for the individual script run, you can just keep a variable that counts. Otherwise you indeed should set a field in your table to keep track of the number of times (So across runs for the script). Hard to give you more without knowing how and what

I'm already done a field that counts it, But I think that will increase my server cpu load because this page will be viewed more than 2000 in 1 min.

So what's the best way to do it in this situation, I'm afraid that this query will increase my server cpu load.

If you have a database-driven site which gets over 2000 views per minute, the update is not the reason why your server can't keep up.. What are you trying to achieve? Is it not easier to use a random generator to spit out the numbers 1-5 at random an every time it hits 5 you reset whatever you need to reset?
