Hello all , can anyone create tutorial about how to host own website on windows ,setuping router , host dns , and all other to successfully launch website on own windows server 2008. or cleary re edit others created tut .

If you looking at locally hosting a website for testing purposes then I would suggest XAMPP and that comes pre-configured with a MySQL database and easy to install on your computer and you can have your machine ready in less than 5 min.
I know you said Win 2008 but if you prefer the Linux route then there is LAMP
