where can i link / define pages that i created

i have created 15 pages in the admin section of creloaded
but i need to link them to the site i have saved them as html pages and i uploaded them to the www root folder
some of these pages are category pages and some are not
how to correctly add them to the site when i type let say www.website.com/newpages.html
im getting Page Not Found
and some times im getting
Restricted Area
The page you are trying to view is restricted
which php file where you defined these pages

i am a newbee to osc and cre loaded so please help with full details

Maybe this is something you should post on the cre-loaded site. Certainly not on the PHP help section, as this is a problem with a third party CMS, rather than PhP.
