Question refresh or leave page.

Good evening everyone,

So today I am interested in trying to Question a users refresh or redirection from a page where the link doesn't equal "target=_BLANK". "Are you sure you want to leave the page like this? You will not be able to log back in for ten minutes. Click Logout if you plan on returning soon."

My page is already using ajax so the page never leaves the home page. Everything just updates into divs.
