Not sure if I understand your question well dagon, but what I have in mind is I want to log or know if the user who downloaded a specific file on my site is tracked or recorded if the file he/she downloaded was interrupted or completed.

Scenario basically is in any case he/she ask if why is the downloaded file corrupted, I may have a reference of the event to prove that the file was really not downloaded successfully.

Hi Kingdm,
It depends on how you have wrote your download script. On success of move_uploaded_file you can open a txt based document using fopen(); you can then write into the document using fwrite(); you can write information into the text based document, for example. User1 successfully downloaded Image1.png at 12:45 on 08-11-2011 or you could write, User1 failed to download Image1.png at 12:45 on 08-11-2011 due to Mysql_query failed, hope that helped.
