I recently installed PHP with an Apache configuration onto my home computer. I am learning PHP, MySQL, and when I go to contact the localhost I get no connection. When I go to analyze the problem it tells me that the resource or host will not accept the connection. What is wrong? I have been working on this problem for hours.
