OK, I am taking a complete guess here that you are asking how would you go about recording which page a user visits when they visit your website?

If this is correct, then I would suggest Google Analytics. If I am wrong, then please elaborate a little more on what it is your trying to achieve.

you can use a session to store the user id or if not logged in the session id - then on each page access you enter a value in the database to record the user or id and the page and time

If you look at eBay ‘your last viewed items’ I want to create one for guest user. When they visit again I can display the products details under the title of last viewed items.

next step is do some research on sessions and cookies - that should be all you need

They store a log of items you view in a database. You would want to create a function for each item page to log that page view. Then you recall the item numbers associated with a userid (or session/cookie id)
