[RESOLVED] Pop-up within window

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me create something like the Facebook picture thing.. I want people to be able to click on a link, and a window pops up with information, BUT i need it to be a 'window within a window' if that makes any sense? PLEASE HELP
