Hi, can someone make me a really basic PHP Forums?

What I need: Posting, Commenting, and where the users balance increases by X (any number I choose)

    that's very vague, and I'm not sure you realize how complex building a forum is (even a very "basic" forum). I'd recommend looking at using existing forum software, like phpbb.

      I know it's a lot. I've tried using those, but I want something that you get points for answering questions (free)

        That sounds like something that the phpBB3 Mods site would have (search the "MOD database").
