contact form not working in template

the contact form doesnt work.

I am pasting the php codes here below. there are two parts with php code.

first part:

i think you can see the rest of code with right click.

i inserted the email address at the bottom of first part. but it doesnt email anything.

this is the line that sends mail

 //mail($emailTo, $subject, $body, $headers);

the 2 lines at the front comment it out, so remove them and try again
