problem in get the yahoo contacts webservice -- php BBauth

i work step by step on the instructions here: http://developer.yahoo.com/bbauth/user.html#php_sign_url to get the yahoo user contacts but when i tried to get the WSSID give me this error:
2001The token is for SSO only

dont know why
