I've been given the task of making information easier to find. I work in a information center servicing about 10 different products, these are all large products with many rules, features etc and currently all this information is found on a Intranet site, this site is about 200 pages big.
I want to be able to get someone to type in a question such as
How many days does it take to transfer ABC rewards.
And I want the answer to show, or list of answers.
Now I don't want to replace the 200 pages but I want to have some tool to help search or index them i guess.
Any ideas?
