Need logic for php chat application with timer

Hi,

I need to develop a module called chat with doctor. User can able to chat with the doctor who are in online for that he has to pay some amount to website. Say example user got purchase the Package worth : 50$ for 10min. After 10 min chat will be closed , timer should be shown while chatting. How can we do this?really i dont know how to do this.
also please give me any references

Frankly, this sounds like too large of a question to be addressed in a single forum topic. (You are dealing with several non-trivial topics, such as setting up an internet chat application, web billing, calculating the usage time, etc.) My first thought is to consider hiring an experienced developer with experience in those things who can handle this project, since you state that "really i dont know how to do this." And check all the usual sources (sourceforge.net, for instance) for 3rd-party software already out there that you may be able to use.
