Please help decode part of a script

Hello,

I purchased a custom script from someone and a small piece is encoded. Can someone please help me decode it. I have asked that make of the script, but he said that code is not part of his script. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have neither the time nor desire to peal off the layers of obfuscation in this sort of code. My personal inclination would be to strip it out, and then start searching through your web site to make sure it has not injected unwanted code (e.g. <script> tags) into your site's pages. Or contact the person you got it from to have them explain why they felt the need to hide obfuscated code within their product; but for me such things are a red flag saying, "Beware!"

I would definitely heed NogDog's warning, though. there's no need for this sort of thing, ever.

it looks like it's submitting visitor stats to somewhere, but the fact that he's trying to hide it makes me wary.
