Get value from TextBox (External Page)

Hi,

I'm coding an addons for CCBChurch (mychurch.ccbchurch.com/app/trx_submit_bp.php)

They have an hidden textbox TS and TSH, This is the timestamp, I need to get this value and put it in variable $ts and $tsh (External)

It will be in cURL so it will look like this :

$url = "mychurch.ccbchurch.com/app/trx_submit_bp.php";

$post = "X=X&X=X&X=$ts&X=$tsh";

I need to get these value for cURL,
