how to make it the same?

Hi,

if you see the image here:

http://www.rmc.bh/google.jpg

you will fine that when you search for Microsoft in Google it will only list the home page and below that it will list some of the main pages (something like a menu).

I am not sure what do you call that but I would like to ask how can I make the same in my website?

I believe that Google does that based on its own criteria, determined by the site's popularity/ranking and whatever heuristics it uses to decide whether a site warrants such treatment.
