Bah. Isn't that just "Programming on the Internet" ... which we've been doing since the 90's (or before?)

I think that it is closer to time-sharing of a computer, except that you do not use a dumb terminal, you connect to the computer via the Internet instead of a local network, and the computer might actually be multiple computers distributed in data centres worldwide.

So, "Unix via Firefox"? "CTSS via IP"? "Display over Ether" (quoting Sun, about a decade ago, God rest its corporate soul). How about "Batch processing for the 21st century"?

I tell ya, it's hard to separate the wheat from the chaff these days....
