I am building a form where I want 4 radio buttons on the left side. When I click the first of these radio buttons I want 4 checkboxes to show on the right side. When I click the second radio button I want 4 other checkboxes on the right side. I want this to be done in PHP and ajax. Can someone please point me to a good example?
