Hand coding Vs CMS and PHP framework

Hello guys,

I want to build an online shopping website, that will allow different retailers to signup on the site and upload their products for sale but I do not want to have a cart, the idea will be once a buyer sees a product he or she likes, he or she will click a button that says contact seller or contact retailer and it will take them directly to the retailers page where they will see a message box that they can send a message directly to the retailers email and also see other related products from the retailer.

My question is, will it be best to develop such website by hand coding or using wordpress or any PHP framework? if so what is the best framework to use in developing such website?

From a shoppers point of view it does not sound like a very nice shopping process, more like a product search engine (another one). As to what to build it with, go with what you know already.

Thanks but you need to clear me on why you think that it does not sound like a very nice shopping process and also going by what I know, I am not too good in my hand coding skills and if I should go by that, it might take me forever to complete this project but on the other hand it will be a very good opportunity for me to use this project to perfect my php skills or do you think there might be any flows on hand coding this project as a none professional?
