reading MS Access Databse using PHP and MySQL

Hi all,

Having read so much on this subject I am now not too sure if this can be done.

I have a Linux server running Apache, MySQl and PHP 5.x

I am trying to find a way of reading the content of an MS Access table which is FTP to my sever from a customer.

Once the .mdb file has been upload can it be read using PHP and MySQL combination?

Any pointers would be usful.

Someone recommended mdbtools to me. This thread also has a helpful post by johanafm if you are running on windows (which I see you are not).

I also asked the same question here and got some decent suggestions. LQ is having some site trouble though.
