i want to build a video website
where i will upload pictures and then hyperlink them to another page where an video will be

the video would be embed link from other websites
i have made a design on coffecup software but i just want to know how can i
upload pictures and i want them to show up on the from page and i need to tag them aswell so people can serch for tags and find thouse pictures ..
please free script or very very cheap script
or tell me what i have to do to make such a website ..
