Prevent accessing dynamic url

Hello to everyone,
I'm looking around for a way to force browser to redirect to static rewrited url from the dynamic url. So, if the user accessed domain.tld/index.php?id=8 to be automatically redirect to the rewrited url domain.tld/something-here-from-permanent-url.html.
I have url rewrite but google have catched some old dymanic url's and users are coming from google to those urls. I had a little php script sometime that forces redirect but i don't have it anymore and i wonder if you can help me on this. The redirection should be 301 permanently.
Also, someone told me that exist the possibility to have this done from htaccess but i don;t find it searching in google.

if you cant use mod_rewrite for this then - in the top of index.php you could check the url and redirect them, issue the correct headers and the google links will die out.

search for mod rewrite, and this is done in .htaccess file.

Do a search on google and if you cant find anything then let me know.

I have this to direct from my url without the www. (http://allthehighstreet.com) to the http://www.allthehighstreet.com

If u visit the first URL mod rewrite 301's to the second.

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^allthehighstreet.com
RewriteRule (.*) http://www.allthehighstreet.com/$1 [R=301,L]

Ok...allow me to explain myself better. I am using mod_rewrite to create seo url. The problem is, that before using mod_rewrite i had my url dynamic, so google catched dynamic url's. Now, having url rewrite active and working, i need to force redirect users that comes from google from dynamic url to rewrited url's.
So, the way you suggest, i think that is the right thing that i'm looking for. Can you give me an example, please?
