Password-Protected MySql

is there any way to have password for mysql database so nobody will be able to open and see the structure or data if he was administrator of the server where mysql resides on?

No.

brad's right. An administrator (at least on a linux box) can see any and all data on the machine. You might be able to keep them from snooping if you encrypt your data before you send it to this machine in such a way that the machine cannot decrypt it.

but this not good if I want to deploy my applicatiopn in on customer server then the customer can go to the database see my structure and everything else he can do! and encrypting the data in this scenario means encrypting too many things!

I fail to see how this is surprising or undesirable. One of the ten core computer security principles I learned in university was the concept of Open Design.

I imagine your customer is more concerned with operating his business than looking at your database schema.
