is there any API or code to update most of social networking from one place, for example: facebook, twitter, linkedin and google+?

What i want is to update from the code when submiting the form....

I have a post news form in my website app. The user will enter the details then the news headline will be saved in my news tabels (mysql) so it will be published on my website. At the same time, I want the form to add that headline to my twitter, facebook , linkedin, etc...
