Stop the option to resize

Hi guys. I want to remove the option for the feedback text box to be resized, but cant figure out how to do it. Heres the entire code.

Without knowing what package you're using to build your site, there's no way of knowing how to do what you want (functions like "do_action" and methods like "text_field" aren't part of PHP). You'll need to consult its documentation.

You provide a user interface that you feel looks nice and is good to work with. However, for some reason one or more users have the possibility to change this in their browser of choice and for some reason they feel like doing so is advantageous. You on the other hand know better than them and want to prevent them from being able to do so.

What if I code my own browser and disregard whatever you do to prevent this since I like resizing textareas or whatever else when I type text? Would you try to detect my very personal browser so I can't do this?

What is the main problem you have with me doing as I personally like which doesn't interfere with how you initially present things or how anyone else is viewing your page?

Have you tried googling for something like "prevent users from adjusting user interface to their personal liking"? I've no idea what results that would give, but perhaps you know how to rephrase it to something fitting your particular needs of restricting users.

Since I've never bothered to learn how to prevent users from adjusting things to their personal liking, I wouldn't know. But if it is possible to prevent this in one or more browsers, then you'd have to learn how to achieve this in each particular browser.

That is of course assuming Wordpress isn't allready somehow providing functionality for hindering the personal experience of each end user, in which case you would have a better chance at finding out in a wordpress forum.

If it's the browser-specific behaviour that you want to block, then use CSS to set the width, min-width and max-width and the height, min-height and max-height to the dimensions you want.

However, like johanafm said, why do you want to do this? Imagine someone coming to your site who is a little old and hard of seeing, so they've set their browser to use larger fonts (just large fonts, they haven't zoomed in to the page) but now when they type, there's not much room in the text boxes, so they want to resize them. The problem is you've decided they shouldn't be able to, and to hell with their disability.
