New include with each load

Ive found lots of ways to load RANDOM images ect on page load or refresh, Im after specific different loads on each page, IE ...include image 01...refresh.....include image 02 ....next page.....include image 3 ect ect then if it gets to say include image 10 the next load will be back to Include image 01

You'll have to store which image was previously displayed and simply figure out which image is next. For example, you could store the image name/number in a cookie or session variable and check for that cookie/session var on each page load.

Is there a tutorial or something on session variables you could recomend? I have done this years ago but my memory is shot due to the 80s

The best (albeit only) resource I can offer is the PHP manual itself. For example, the section on sessions ([man]book.session[/man]) has a plethora of information about the topic. And just like pretty much any other section of the manual, it comes complete with several examples ([man]session.examples[/man]).
