i have created feedback form to send mail in our site.we hosted site through godaddy.but it takes long time to reach.

GoDaddy's server have internal "spam prevention" meaning your emails can take up to an hour to send from their servers. This is normal on their hosting solutions (and its mentioned in many posts on their support site).
