[RESOLVED] How can this form process anything ?

Hi,

I have been asked to try and write a form that does what this form does.

But the action is and empty field - so how can it process anything ?

It comes from this page :

Maybe I have missed it but I can not see how it sends the form info and where 😕

If the action is empty, the form submits to the current URL by default.

This is what most (maybe all?) browsers do... but know that it's technically wrong to (ab)use this de facto behavior:

Thanks for the answer.

So that means I can construct a form
all set up the same but on my website
and send it to that page address.

OH - what about that anti robot visual check

The two issues aren't related - if you have a script that processes the captcha on your page, then it'll work.

Brad is right, however, to point out that you (anyone) shouldn't be leaving the action blank. It works in most cases, but it's not really supposed to work, so you (anyone) shouldn't rely on it.

It's also a bad idea, generally speaking, to blindly copy-and-paste code of of other people's sites onto yours.
