htaccess question

I want to block all access to my includes folders to everyone but my domain and still allow my site to use those files
would this be the correct for the htaccess file

secure htaccess file

order allow,deny
deny from all
</Files>

disable directory browsing

Options All -Indexes

prevent folder listing

IndexIgnore *

deny all except those indicated here

<Limit GET POST PUT>
order deny,allow
deny from all
allow from .domain.com.

That's quite confusing. What do you mean by "everyone but my domain"... every "one" what? At first I thought you meant users, but that doesn't make sense because then you appear to be referring to your domain as if it were a person/user. Likewise, your "site" can use its own files regardless of any .htaccess file, since it (presumably) accesses the files directly from the file system rather than going through the web server.

So depending upon what you actually meant, I'd say the .htaccess file is irrelevant for the "allow my site" part. Simply deny all access in the .htaccess file and be done with it.

Yeah, it's almost like a) your question was rather confusing, and b) no one cares to take the time to try to help you with an attitude like the one you've shown in the above quote.
