Someone plz... tell me how to change the colour, font and other possible options available for .php web pages ??
Exactly the same way as for any other web pages; stylesheets.

However, a quick test of Firefox, IE, and Chrome all running on Windoze indicates they all ignore any such styling. (The title element is not displayed in the actual page output -- only in the browser tab and/or OS window decoration.)

To be fair, that wasn't what the OP asked. If anything the OP asked two different questions. Weedpacket answered the second question.
<!DOCTYPE html> <html> <head> <style>title{ display: block; }</style> <title>This is the title</title> </head> <body></body> </html>

And your point is? (Nothing displays in IE, FF, or Chrome.)
hmm... my apologies.
It works (displays the title) on Linux in Firefox, Chrome, and Opera. Apparently, to work under Windows (including in IE; tested XP & Win7), the <title> must be inside the <body>, not the <head>. sorry for the misunderstanding.

I tried this but it didn't work........ <head> <style>title{ display: block; color:Red; font-weight:bold;}</style> <title class="title">Home</title> </head>
Plz.....tell me how coustomize the text inside <title>TEXT</title>
you can't - see the comments above (Nogdog being the authoritative source here ) what is it you want to do exactly? look at top left corner of your browser - that is the title on this exact page it shows: Customize <tiltle>customize this !</title> - PHP Builder
You can't customize a <title> element because it's not really an "element" in the document at all - it's more like an attribute of the document itself.
Also note that <title> elements don't have a "class" or "style" attribute, so that'd be another reason why you can't customize them.
Not to mention the fact that the style of the titlebar where the title appears will depend on the browser, which usually uses OS-default for its windows.
