External link building

Hello,

I am just starting to learn php, but I need to do some corrections on the script...

How to construct an external variable link?

Right now I have

$url=SITEPAGE_URL."&task=dobooking&selectedProperty=$property_uid}"; //

• which leads to inner booking form, but I need it to go to appropriate external URL, which I would get from registration form (I added extra input field and MySql table for property_link,)
  So I believe I should construct my external link somehow like

$url=SITEPAGE_URL."&task=dobooking&selectedProperty=$property_uid}";+ $_POST['property_link']; --> but I can't understand how exactly......

The concatenation operator in PHP is the "." (dot, period, full stop).

You also don't use a semicolon until the very end of the statement.

$url=SITEPAGE_URL."&task=dobooking&selectedProperty=$property_uid}". $_POST['property_link'];

yes, basically, this was what I was asking for.....

but it is still not resolving my actual problem, probably I should research again...
it's still redirecting to my own dynamic url's not external....

if SITEPAGE_URL is defined as your site then you wont want that at the begging for the url. other than that the question is not very clear.
