Create and send PDF via email

Hi how easy is it to create an invoice dynamically, convert to a pdf and send it via email? I have tried several solutions but with no avail.

Quick Books for example can do it really easily.

I use an app called Bullzip... Anything that you would normally send to a printer can be sent to Bullzip which in turns creates a pdf file.

I work for a company whose product does this, taken years, to get to where it is now, so easy is relative.

i would create the invoice with html for layout then use TCPDF to convert to pdf (could send html as well or instead) then email. that the process, so what have you tries, where are you stuck?
