Mysql, PHP, Form values

Please need help. Mysql, PHP. I have below form values listed, when I check (checkbox) any one of them, I want to insert those values into three separate fields in a table (fields = projectname, description, amount).

What is the HTML you're actually using? Without that, any PHP code I or others give won't necessarily work.

OK, well you have a bit of a problem with your embedded PHP there; first, you should be using some quotes around the index names in your $POST array, or you will get errors (which may or may not be set to display, but that doesn't mean they don't exist). Second, you're not doing anything with the $POST values. Did you want to echo them or something? Third, you're using short PHP tags <? instead of <?php, which isn't recommended, you should change those really.

You will also need to give your radio buttons a value, otherwise when you submit the form, how will PHP know which one was selected, there's nothing unique them to distinguish them.

Once again thank you for helping. I want to make it simple for you to know what I am doing.

A student goes to online school, he selects course(s), schedule, amount, then submits,

On the next screen I want to show his selections (could be couple of courses), insert these values in table, and display it on the screen, telling the student these are courses you selected/registered.

Please give me some samples, form file, select file, and inserting code.

Nope, this forum isn't to supply you with finished code for a course project, it's to help you with specific problems you're having with PHP code. If you have written code, then post it here and we can help you fix broken parts of it, but we don't write the code for you.

Firstly, I think you should write out your form in normal html with all the fields that you want, and then post the results into a php processor which you will have to make. so as to store the results correctly into a database, but for now i would just echo them out to see if the form is posting correct results.

So something like this:

form.php ---[submitted]---> formprocessor.php ---[prcoessed and thrown back]--> formresults.php (with results)

You will need to look up this http://php.net/manual/en/function.header.php because in the formprocessor it will redirect back to the formresults.php page with all the result sorted.
