observe effect without submitting the Form

I want to write a code.
in which
I select the AC Temperature By Radio Buttons.
then I observe the Saving energy by Bar Graph with out submitting the Form.
It should be online all process.
what should be code in HTML or Javascript or php so that I may observe effect of the change of Temperature on saving energy.we should not submit the form.it will be online. thanks.

In this situation you'll be submitting your form using AJAX. I recommend using a jQuery solution. Do a Google search and you'll find plenty of tutorials on how to code an AJAX form.

Jquery -ahax is a good solution for submitting the form without reloading the page
you can achieve yourequiremeny by ajax you can do some googling on this to understand it
