What does it mean the full error im getting is Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in C:\wamp\www\dev\system\Includes\footer.php on line 2 Call Stack #TimeMemoryFunctionLocation 10.0017363304{main}( )..\index.php:0

im running wamp with all servers at latest version and i have no idea whats causing it ill attach my code in a zip file to save character count on the forum.

Please help i intend to put a software company together but this is my starter and its going belly up already.

as a note wamp changes what it says away from that while the file dash.php in the module folder is existant remove it to get the error i got
