System Log (Admin feature)

I want to add system log feature to my inventory control system for admins to view who is responsible for particular transaction. I have googled this but i couldnt find any understandable php script related. If u guys have simple php script , tutorials or links pls post them here. It will be a great help. Thanks in advance.

Ohh !! can u pls tell me how to capture details like username,login date and time , transactions done by user ? Actually i dont have any idea.

the implication was that no one will have any idea, without first understanding how said transactions are handled by your specific application.

believe it or not, you have a better idea than we do, at this point.

Look through your scripts and find where these things happen. When you understand how your script handles them in the first place, you can make a plan on how to best log them.

You can create your own log based on your criteria it's totally depend on you
