I'm on DD quite a bit - the js library needs to be weeded through, but it's a good place otherwise. A lot of the older scripts had problems like that (though I still say this one is a "designer" problem), and some are being updated, others we just wish we could forget about... but people use them :-)
There are far more amateurs/ webmaster/ designer types over there, though. Maybe three or four regulars you might call "programmers."
