How to assign members for shop in a inventory control system

In my inventory control system I have put members table and separate table for each and every shop & warehouse. my problem is how to assign employee for a shop. Assigned employee to a particular shop or warehouse should only be able to manipulate stock of the that shop only. And also admin is responsible for assigning and changing members working place(shop)How do i do this?

member to warehouse is M:1 relationship. so i have put member id in warehouse table. But i dont have an idea how to give access to users only to the relavent table.

This isnt PHP but hope u guys will help me.

not sure if your asking about db structure, or user access within a db or some other application, and then its not about php so ?

nope i am asking about how to give access to members only to relevant table
eg
A is a member and he belongs to Shop ABC. So he should be able to manipulate things in only ABC shop not the others.

My problem is how could i do this ? I am using php mysql to develop.

don't know what a, member, is in this circumstance; i'm not standing behind you; the number of computer set up variables are infinite.
