Hello everyone, Am on vacation now and I want to work on a project but don't really know what to work on can anybody help me with project idea ? should be web-based application (Skills: php, javascript, html ,css)

You could wander over to sourceforge.net or similar sites to see if there is an open-source project you could contribute to.
That's a good idea. You could also look at some of the open-source CMSes such as WordPress, Joomla!, or Drupal.
