Generated from three database tables depends on student ID

3-Stu_Marks http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/580/stugrades.jpg/
So i want to display this table without any fixed value of exams or subjects :rolleyes:
And is this the best way to insert the students marks?? coz by this way if i have 5000 student and 10 subjects and 12 exam in year .. i will have mor than 500.000 record in table Stu_Marks :eek:

500,000 rows in a database isn't a problem, any DBMS will pull what you need very quickly.
As far as the code, what do you have so far? People here will help you solve problems.
