for phpbuilder admin - help setting up a VB forum!

I don't know if this is the best forum to place this in ironicially, but if you are an admin at php builder, I am interested in getting a forum set up as a local airport forum (this is for San Marcos Municipal Airport specifically). Anyone have some experience with VBulletin and want to help out with this?

What kind of help do you need? I'm afraid I'm employed FT already and busier than a one-armed paper hanger both @work and @home ...

I recently set up 3 vB installs. I've found their tech support to be somewhat better than average, and a good community at vBulletin.org that offers lots of free support. What's the nature of the problem(s)?
