PHP upload site needs to direct users to their uploaded pictures

I'm a beginner at PHP and made just a VERY simple uploading site. This is currently for testing purposes. Anyway, here's a link to it:

So when you upload an image/file i would like it to redirect you to the actual image and say something like: Here's your image! etc...and display the image in a smaller format than it would appear in the actual image(for user interface sake).

Could anyone help? I know it may be asking a lot, but I searched forever to find something like this, without prevail, and I learn well by seeing it first hand 😛

And the way to access uploaded images is by typing going to www.aquaticgaming.com/uploads FYI
