I am a bit out of touch of PHP anymore, but here's my problem. I have the following:
$sendTo = strip_tags($POST["to"]);
$subject = strip_tags($POST["subject"]);
$name = strip_tags($POST["name"]);
$number = strip_tags($POST["number"]);
$email = strip_tags($POST["email"]);
$content = strip_tags($POST["content"]);
$headers = "From: $email" . "\r\n" . "Reply-To: $reply";
$headers = "MIME-Version: 1.0" . "\r\n";
$headers .= 'Content-type: text/html; charset=utf-8' . "\r\n";
When I send using this, I get an HTML email, but it does not show the From: $email in the recipient's box, it shows the hostname@hostname.com
Alternatively, I've put the $headers = "From: $email" . "\r\n" . "Reply-To: $reply"; after the $headers .= 'Content-type: text/html; charset=utf-8' . "\r\n"; and it did the opposite (showed the ]From: $email properly, but would not show HTML properly.
What is my solution? 🙁
