Auction - bid method.

Hi , building small auction online gallery , all good (almost finished)but have difficulties with - 'how someone will win his bid? or How the artist will approve that specific offer?'. Counting bid's and refreshing might be to difficult for me , timer as well, do you have maybe any other idea? please help '-)

I don't see how this could be "almost finished" or how this wasn't considered at the start. But there is simply to little information in the question to be able to offer any advice.

There are a number of open source auction sites you may want to look at, if not for the whole thing then at least forth bits you are having trouble with.

I have got it sorted , it was a small confusion made by me , my apologise.
