Magento Phpmyadmin Not Open

Hi,

Cannot start session without errors, please check errors given in your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly,in magento. I have to change the permission in file and cache and session clear but not open the phpmyadmin.

Please how to solve this error.
