Simple, fast and without SQL CMS script

Do you know good, stable, simple to manage and modify, with good performance scripts without SQL database (it should be XML or Flat Files etc.)

Try Quick.Cms or maybe Get Simple.

Have you considered the use of SQLite as the database backend?
